Be a yardstick of quality, some people aren't used to an environment where excellence is expected. credible, i say, some are meet to lead, while some are made to direct. what do you chose to become. to lead or to be directed, it your attitude stand to decide. life and it gift of offer, people are resourceful in situation that worth idea's to decide upon.
