I just had a thought I wanted to share... For most of the last 8 years, I've been really isolated and alone. Depressed even. It's kind of a shock for me to have so many people interested in my story, and to know about my personal struggles, my fears and my doubts. I truly believe one of the biggest factors in reclaiming our health and our life, is... CONNECTION Every day we have a choice... to open our hearts to the world or not. To care about other people enough to give to them... To care about ourselves enough to take care of ourselves. It's a risk to open our hearts again... to love again... and to try again. We can fail.
