Life theory

Your mindset determines your reality. I know it seems short and simple but it is so important. It's been proven time and time again. If you have a negative outlook on life and believe the world is cruel and miserable, and everyone is out to "get you," you are going to find the world to be a terrible place. That's what you expect, and so that's what you'll experience. If, on the other hand, you believe life is full of joy and beauty, then the universe supports you in your goals and helps you show up as your best self. That's why it is critical to develop an attitude of gratitude. When you focus on appreciating everything that's good in your life, more good things will come to you, because what you focus on grows. When you're looking for things to be grateful for, you'll notice more and more things in your world that make you feel joy and gratitude. Neuroscientists have long studied the benefits of practicing an "attitude of gratitude", and what they've discovered is that it literally changes the molecular structure of your brain and makes you a happier and healthier person. Your experience becomes more peaceful, less reactive, and more resilient when dealing with stressful or challenging situations. If that's not enough to get you feeling appreciative, you'll also notice that you'll sleep better and experience lower levels of anxiety or depression.

Days are counted on calendar, appointement are booked down by date. most time in life, every activities of a man, are already programmed to a specific date, time, with other activities attached to it. whatsoever you refuse to plan, before you embarked on, you can never bring out the best out of it. i wonder a society were moral are not treated accordingly, every discipline of life, manage's the attitue,of their workers,individual lack vision and passion for living. (hatred)and wickedness filled the air. the societies today, do not think about living a positive pace to adhere by their young coming generation. only what desire of them, are (how to make a living, by wealth). live a transforming life. by ensuring you truely build, and create a gap in your own generation. dont be too lazy, to let the world know that, you are not pace setter in life.
